NaluAgency started with a simple frustration: good local businesses lose real money every day to a phone nobody can get to. The crew is on the roof, the stylist's hands are full, the kitchen is slammed — and the call that would have been a booking goes to voicemail or to the competitor down the street.
The technology to fix that finally got good enough to sound natural and actually help a caller. So Evan built it for a real Oʻahu business first, made sure it worked, and turned it into a product other island shops could rely on. The goal isn't a flashy demo — it's a phone that's always answered and a team that can stay on the work in front of them.
